I submitted the form — am I on the schedule?
If you see a pickup date and the confirmation message below, you're all set! We'll be there on your scheduled date.
"We will pick up your donation as indicated above. Thank you for your continued support!"
If a pickup date does not appear, our team will reach out via text to help schedule you.

How do I pack my items?
Please place your donations in either bags or boxes. To protect breakable items, pack them in boxes that can be easily and safely transported.
Where do I put my donation?
Your donation should be placed by your front door (preferred) or on your front driveway. Our trucks cannot access most alleys.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave your donation clearly labeled for Leukemia Texas by your front door. Our driver will pick up the donated items and leave a tax receipt without disturbing you.
When will my items be picked up?
On your scheduled pickup day, items should be outside by 8:00 AM. Your donation will be picked up between 8:00 AM and dark, rain or shine.
Routes vary throughout the day, so we're unable to give you a specific pickup time.
Will the driver look for my donation if I didn't schedule a pickup?
No. Some organizations "drive and look," but we've found this causes too many missed or accidental pickups. You must be on the driver's scheduled list — please schedule your pickup using the QR code first.
Do you pick up in bad weather?
Yes — we pick up in most weather conditions, rain or shine.
If there's snow or ice (or a declared State of Emergency), we'll text everyone who's scheduled and let you know we're rescheduling — or we'll work with you to find an alternate solution.
Where do the profits go?
Your donated items are sold through our thrift partners, and the proceeds benefit Leukemia Texas — funding patient aid grants and research for Texans facing leukemia. 100% of funds raised stay in Texas.
Are other pickup dates available?
Possibly. Text our dispatch line at 817-400-4718 and we'll do our best to find an alternate date that works for you.
Where can I drop off my donation in person?
You can drop donations off at any of our partner store locations during business hours — staff will help you unload and provide a tax receipt.
What if my donation wasn't picked up on the scheduled day?
Text our dispatch line at 817-400-4718 and we'll identify the problem and reschedule your pickup as quickly as possible.
Will the driver come inside to pick up?
No — drivers are not permitted to enter your home. Please have items placed outside by your front door or driveway.
